§ 3-5. Certain establishments prohibited.

An establishment that derives 75 percent or more of its gross revenue from the on-premises sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited from operating within the city, in accordance with V.T.C.A., Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code § 109.57(d).
