§ 42-13. Water supply and distribution.

Latest version.

All subdivisions shall be provided with water supply and water distribution systems approved by the Lumberton Municipal Utility District. The subdivider shall provide proof to the city in the form of a letter from the utility district that states that such approval has been granted.
