§ 42-15. Minimum lot and setback lines.

The following schedule provides the minimum lot and setback lines of the city:

R-1	9,000 sq. ft.	75 ft.	25 ft.*	25 ft.	7.5 ft., or 15 ft. if abutting a street right-of-way	35 ft.
* Cul-de-sac: A lot located within the radius of a cul-de-sac shall have a minimum setback line of 15 feet from the front property line.

 

No concrete, asphalt or other road materials for the purpose of vehicle traffic and/or parking may be constructed within the required rear and side setback areas.
