§ 42-43. Same—Maintenance of common open space.

The applicant shall also submit a plan, subject to the approval of the city council, for assuring continued retention and perpetual maintenance of common green areas for as long a time as the development exists. The approved documents embodying restrictions, covenants, deed restrictions, or other methods of giving such assurance shall be filed for record in the county clerk's office at such times as the council directs.
