§ 42-9. Plat approval time limit.

Approval or conditional approval of a preliminary plat by the city council shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of approval. Failure to prepare a final plat and have it recorded in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within 12 months from the date of the preliminary plat shall void all prior approvals. The city council may extend the 12-month period.
