§ 2.09. Meetings of the City Council.

The Council shall prescribe by ordinance or resolution the time for its regular meetings and there shall not be less than two regular meetings in each calendar month. All meetings of the Council whether regular or special shall be held at City Hall (except that the Council may designate another place for the meetings and properly post the meeting to be held at a different location). All meeting of the Council shall be open in accordance with and except as provided by the Texas Open Meetings Act, V.T.C.A., Government Code ch. 551.
