§ 42-1. Declaration.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to subdivide any tract of land into two or more parts within the jurisdiction of the city without first having the plat of said subdivision approved by the municipal planning commission and city council, whether sold by metes and bounds or lot and block.

    (b)

    The seller shall comply with the provisions of section 6-303(b), regarding a written notice to purchaser-property in flood hazard area form.
