This chapter is adopted under the authority of the constitution and laws of the state, including particularly V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 212, municipal regulation of subdivisions and property development, and the provisions of V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 43, Texas Municipal Annexation Act.
