§ 42-21. Design and testing.
(a)
A laboratory-certified copy of all test reports shall be submitted to the city engineer.
(b)
All concrete shall be of approved design and shall have a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 3,500 psi for streets and 2,500 psi on all sidewalks.
(c)
Cement stabilized base (if required for subgrade with PI > 12) shall be of an approved design and shall have a minimum compressive strength of 750 psi.
(d)
Core samples shall be taken every 500 feet on all streets at the developer's expense.
